What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

There are no delivery charges as we are offering free shipping for almost all countries. Of course, if you prefer to quick delivery, you have to pay for the courier services and we will process as per your instructions. The customs charges are excluded from the orders and only can be determined depending on your custom rules and policies. Once your package arrives at your country’s custom, you will be notified if there are any custom clearance charges.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We are processing Paypal secure services at this time and you can also pay by your credit cards in case you have no PayPal account. PayPal can process the credit card (Master, Visa) payments through its platform.

How long will delivery take?

For most of the countries globally, we offer free shipping which usually takes 7-21 days depending on the nearest store. For example, if any of your order is delivered from our USA/Canada store, you should be received within 3-7 days from the processing date. Please take note that we require 2-3 business days to process your order in most cases. If your items are from France/Italy/China and your shipping address is in USA/Canada, the delivery will take 14 – 21 days plus the order processing time.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

All of our pages, content, payment systems are over an encrypted connection and not shared over the insecure INTERNET. Our payment gateways are PayPal and Stripe and these are renowned payment gateways over highly strict connections. Online Shopping is not always secure if you are not careful about the payment URLs. Our advice is, always check the browser URL and website which should present HTTPS and a lock icon. Please check if AMAZOSHOP.COM is with the LOCK ICON and for PayPal, you should notice the PAYPAL.COM with LOCK ICON. Click the LOCK ICON on your browser and you should see the provider name and whether the connection is completely secure.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will immediately receive an invoice from us if the order is successfully processed by the payment gateways. We will further send you an email once the order is processed. Once the order is processed from our warehouse, we will send you tracking information within 2-3 days.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

While the vast majority of items do arrive on time, there are occasional postage delays, especially at this time of the year.
